About us

Coming from a tradition of professionalism, the STOFFEL Group’s ambition is to build history.
Some say we are "reliable"; others call us "professional". This is what the STOFFEL Group stands for. As investors, property developers and landlords of our own and third-party properties, we have been a player in the national and international real estate industry since 1978. Since then it has always been our aim to create and complete top projects. Today — almost 40 years later — many of them are still top addresses that have made minor history as great examples of project development. We believe that real estate is one of the most valuable and durable assets and should therefore always be planned, projected, built and operated with foresight.

Organisation

The STOFFEL Holding GmbH controls all activities of the operating companies within the Group and holds a 100% interest in them. New projects are regularly completed through project companies, which make use of the know-how of the operating companies, in particular as project managers and property developers.

Bauträger GmbH

STOBAU Nord Bauträger GmbH is the historical origin of the group of companies; initially it covered all services such as project development, property development activities, and sales.

GSB Betriebs- und
Beteiligungs GmbH

GSB Betriebs- und Beteiligungs GmbH operates the 4-star Hotel Theresientor, directly on Straubing’s town square. The hotel has 43 modern, fully equipped rooms suitable for independent travellers as well as business travellers and conference guests. Parking is available directly underneath the hotel.

The development and management of projects, including technical and project-related know-how, are the STOFFEL Group’s core skills and the focus of Confidentia Projektentwicklungs GmbH's activities. In addition, the company is responsible for the management of investments, new lettings and the accounting for ongoing projects.

Immobilien GmbH

Immo-Invest Immobilien GmbH represents the former business area of the STOFFEL Group: construction and control of supermarkets. As a result of this former activity, Immo-Invest Immobilien GmbH holds interests in property companies.

STOFANEL Investment AG is a project development company. 50 percent is owned by Giovanna Stefanel-Stoffel and 50 percent by the STOFFEL Holding GmbH i.e. the main shareholder, Ludwig Maximilian Stoffel. STOFANEL develops residential and commercial real estate projects in the high value sector.
